Real Reviews & Testimonials
At New Leaf Hearing Clinic we are committed to providing our patients with excellent service and warranties because we understand that hearing aids are an important investment that need protecting. EVERY hearing aid we sell comes with the following:
If your hearing aid breaks down, the manufacturer will fix it for free, as often as needed, for a minimum of two years—this does NOT include if the hearing aid is accidentally crushed. That would fall under “damage beyond repair.”
The manufacturer will replace each hearing aid with a new instrument one time during the warranty if the aid is lost or damaged beyond repair. You only pay the deductible.
All office services including hearing tests, hearing aid adjustments/maintenance, and wax removal are done at no charge for the minimum one-year warranty period.
We’ll work hard to make sure you’re happy, but if you’re not, we’ll refund your comprehensive treatment package.
Medicare Part B does not cover hearing aids or related services, including hearing tests for fitting hearing aids. Some private insurance carriers and Medicare Advantage plans offer partial coverage or discount programs. But these programs often come with restrictions that limit the quality of care we can provide, so we’ve chosen not to participate. Our top priority is delivering outstanding patient care following best practices, and we won’t let insurance companies compromise that standard. Medicare requires a doctor’s referral to cover a diagnostic hearing test. Medicare only covers medically necessary tests, meaning your doctor must document specific symptoms or medical reasons for the test.
Audiologists diagnose hearing loss through a comprehensive hearing exam that includes multiple tests to measure your hearing ability. After the evaluation, your audiologist will explain your results, identify the type and degree of any hearing loss, and recommend appropriate treatment options such as hearing aids, medical care, or other specialized services.
Choosing the best hearing aid depends on your individual hearing loss, lifestyle, and preferences. With many styles available, an audiologist will match you with the best device for your activities, comfort level, desired appearance, and hearing requirements.
