Connecting to an iPhone
The iPhone uses a specific menu designed for hearing devices rather than the standard Bluetooth list.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap on Accessibility.
Select Hearing Devices to prompt your phone to search for nearby hearing aids.
Restart your hearing aids right before this step to ensure they are discoverable.
Tap your name or the device model once it appears on the screen to begin the link.
Accept the pairing requests that pop up on your screen; you will need to tap “Pair” twice if you have a set for both ears.
Connecting to an Android Phone
