Always take good care of my ears.

What an amazing office!!!! 110% above and beyond and helped me get hearing aids notninly repaired, but helped tune them and reprogram them for me. Patient, thoughtful, professional, and very friendly! I will be going back for any hearing needs.

Never have to wait, always a pleasant atmosphere. Always love working with Julie and reception desk. Never an insurance issue.

Very personal and caring and listening.

I had an issue with my hearing aid not working when I woke up in the morning. In a bit of a panic, I called the audiologist and they were immediately able to take my call and set me up for a same day appointment to take a look. Not only were they accommodating, they were able to fix the problem during my visit. What a save! Thank you!

This is a first-rate hearing care business. I couldn't be more pleased with them in the four years I've been going here.

Julie is amazing! My mom kept saying that her hearing aids felt loose and I don’t think we truly listen. When she saw Julie, she immediately sent the hearing aids back to the manufacturer and had them corrected and they fit brilliantly in mom‘s ears now. We were so happy with the extra care thank you Julie.

Julie and her staff are very caring and attentive to my needs. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

New Leaf is a great office to receive first class audiological care. Julie Raney is the best. In addition to monitoring care of my hearing aids she also coordinated finding custom made water proof ear buds to accompany my swimming shuffle. Julie enjoys a challenge. When I had trouble getting my ear buds to fit properly she came up with a creative way to install them. Between my hearing aids and my ear buds she has changed my life for the better.

As always Julie was helpful, patient and friendly in getting my hearing aids adjusted. Highly recommend.

I had been there for years. They are friendly and knows them well. I am a profound deaf and hard of hearing. Julie knows which ones that fits me right kind of hearing aids brands if I like it. She knows some sign languages as skills and help her to improving sign languages better Recommends go there!

I have been to New Leaf Hearing several times in the past due to hearing loss in my left ear from an inner ear virus. This hearing loss occurred in 2019 just before everything shut down due to the effects of Covid19. Julie took all of the precautions recommended and mandated for the virus. I felt safe there and commend her for being so concerned and thoughtful. Regrettably, at that time we could not find a hearing aid with which I was compatible so I elected not to proceed further with it. Last year, 2025, my hearing had deteriorated so once again I went back to New Leaf Hearing to see if hearing aid technology had changed so I could find a compatible hearing aid. It has! This time I saw Joe, who discussed things in a way I could understand and was patient with me while I wavered on the issue. Finally, I decided to get a hearing aid and have been happy with it since. I do appreciate the care, empathy and understanding New Leaf Hearing gives to all their customers!

My pup got hold of one of my hearing aids and chewed a bit on it. Dr. Joe did a Great job cleaning and repairing it and tuned them up for me. The crew there is fantastic, I will be their patient from now on.

I called New Leaf Hearing clinic stressed and sleep deprived after ringing in my ears and not sure what to do. Lisa was able to help me with an appointment right away and even called to walk through details. Iris and Dr. Joe were incredible once I arrived. They took me in, evaluated me, and helped me understand treatment options. That night, I slept more soundly than because of the worries they put to rest. I cannot thank them enough for their wisdom and counsel.

I’ve been hearing impaired since I was 3 years old and I’ve been to several audiologists over the course of my life, but Julie at New Leaf Hearing is by far the best! My brother and grandmother also see her. I found her by chance over 10 years ago and I won’t go anywhere else. If you are looking for a compassionate audiologist, look no further than New Leaf Hearing!

Julie and her team at New Leaf are simply the best. I’ve been seeing Julie since before she opened this practice (17+ years), and she’s eternally patient, kind, and empathetic.

Everyone here is delightful, but I have to especially commend Julie for the care she gave me recently during a sudden hearing loss episode when her quick action and referral to my primary care doctor resulted in my getting immediate attention and medication preventing what could have been a total hearing loss. Her and Joe's follow-up care were professional, caring, and most appreciated.

Julie is wonderfull

New Leaf Hearing Clinic is just wonderful! Audiologist Dr. Joe Kraus was just so very kind, patient and thorough. He explained everything in detail and double checked all of the settings. I was very anxious about getting hearing aids but the office has a very calming vibe. The hearing aids I received were Starkey Livio 1600 RIC R that have all kinds of bells, whistles and features I had my hearing tested at UC Health. Even the el cheapo ones offered there were $1400. The audiologist at UC Health provided the information for financial assistance through Hearing the Call. I never could have afforded The Starkey Hearing Aids on my own. Dr. Krause's explanations make them easy and simple to use!

Dr. Julie is awesome. If you need hearing aids, go in and get the best here. After having three different sets for my mom, these were the best and the last ones that she has had or we'll need.

I contacted New Leaf for an appointment based on the many favorable reviews and close proximity to my home. I asked Julie to review the settings on my Oticon Real 1 hearing instruments. I was curious why these brand new, state-of-the-art instruments still didn't sound good. She instantly spotted the problem. The settings in the Genie program--set by my previous audiologist--were incorrect. She quickly rectified the issue and the hearing instruments are now working well for me. I will return to Julie and her helpful staff for tweaks, hearing tests and future needs.

Julie the audiologist is a wonderful person to work with for having a new hearing aides and ear molds. She is a very caring person. Highly recommended.

New Leaf takes care of my dibbled brother's hearing aids even while he is in a care facility. I just give them a call and they are ready to check and repair or clean or do whatever is necessary so he can hear again.

I was in years ago. Julie is amazing. I had to cancel but plan to reschedule. I really need to.

Your incredible kindness in scheduling an appointment for our Dad is so appreciated. Due to your professional care and generous nature, Dad has had so many happy appointments at your office. In addition, you have fixed the hearing aids without Dad being there many times. Dad's hearing and quality of life is so much richer because of you. You make a difference for him and all of us!

I've been a patient at the clinic for 6 years or more. Prior to finding the New Leaf Hearing Clinic, I had experience with several other facilities but none can compare with the overall experience I receive by Julia and her staff. They are simply the best in terms of their professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. You simply can't go wrong by giving Julie and her staff a try.

Great place, thorough exploration of the hearing test results. Suggested a hearing aid that was more economical than I thought it might be. The explanation being more would not improve the benefits.

I came in without an appointment and needed to get the tube replaced on my left hearing aid. Not only did Julie take me, she took me right away, replaced both tubes and filters, and pulled a chunk of wax out of my ear. Took virtually no time at all. 5 stars all the way!

I couldn't be happier with my new hearing aids. I had known I needed them for years but I just kept putting it off. Julie was so helpful in explaining my particular hearing loss. I've been in construction for my entire adult life and the damage was actually from all the loud noises over the years with tools etc. It made so much sense because it wasn't that I couldn't hear people, it was that I couldn't understand what they were saying, (but I didn't realize that). Wow.....what a difference...I can now sit in a group of people and actually understand what they're saying from across the room. I went to a movie and I didn't have to use the headphones. I don't need closed caption on the TV anymore. My wife hardly ever has to repeat herself......Believe me, she really appreciates that! My new hearing aids are able to "pair" with my iPhone so it's really easy to adjust or change the settings with my phone. I HIGHLY recommend Julie and Erin from New Leaf Hearing. I had an amazing experience here. I had some molds made for musician's earplugs made here (which were made into earplugs elsewhere). The initial plug did not fit quite right, but Julie (the audiologist) worked with me to get a new mold made, and had the replacement overnighted to me just in time for a music festival I was attending. Can't recommend this clinic enough.

When my tinnitus kept getting worse I knew it was time to get my ears checked. Did not know where to go and then remembered the Dr. that my dad had seen. Julie checked my hearing and tinnitus and fitted me with a hearing aid that not only helped my hearing, but also helped with the tinnitus. She is very knowledgeable, and answers any and all questions. I have and will continue to recommend her highly. Thanks for helping me, Julie!

From the welcome you get from Erin at the front desk to the personalized care from Julie, you know right away that New Leaf goes above and beyond for their patients. Julie doesn't shy away from discussing options, which is great considering the lifelong investment. I didn't know what to look for in a hearing aid. Julie talked about different options and actually sized a couple during the first appointment. Talk about personalized care!. Julie is the best audiologist in the Denver Area and she has changed my life. I don't say that lightly or to be dramatic. It is absolutely true. Julie is compassionate, intelligent, caring, and she really listens. She treats each of her clients with the utmost respect and works hard to find the best hearing solution for each of her clients. She never tries to sell products that aren't needed and always provides options and alternatives. She doesn't have a huge mark-up like other places do. I have had a hearing loss all my life and I have a long list of audiologists I've seen and none hold a candle to Julie. So many places tried to sell me very expensive products that I didn't need, or that wouldn't really work well for my hearing loss. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of hearing aid SALES places who just want your money or just want to rip you off. I can absolutely guarantee you that Julie is definitely not that way.

New Leaf Hearing Clinic has been a great help to me. I always get someone on the phone when I call, they are helpful responsive and Dr. Raney is a real pro in her approach to providing solutions. I would recommend New Leaf Hearing Clinic to anyone in need of this kind of service.
